An email is sent from the President, with a link to the statement, when the program is launched. Each employee accesses their Benefit Statement using their company email address and an assigned password. Forgotten passwords are quickly retrieved.

We work with each client to create the graphical branding for the site so it looks like an online property of the company.

Welcome Letter

The employee is greeted by a personalized Welcome letter from the President. The page can carry optional information, such as date of birth, date of hire, SSN, and family names.

Total Compensation Statement
The statement lists all company benefits. Column one identifies the benefit, column two lists employer paid premiums, and column three presents employee-paid premiums. A pie-chart illustrates each compensation element.
Health Section
Employer and employee medical premiums payments are detailed, along with the names of the insurance plans, carriers, and the type of employee coverage. Contributions to flexible spending accounts are presented, if offered. 
Insurance Section
Employee receive a summary of life, accidental death & dismemberment, short-term / long-term disability insurance, the coverage amounts and premiums paid by the employer and employee.  Links to insurance carriers are provided.
Retirement Section
Employee receives a summary description of the 401(k) plan, their year-end balances, and contributions made by the employer and employee. This page offers Social security contributions and links to the SSA and to personal financial planning sites.
Work - Life Section

Employee can review holidays, sick days, and vacation days balances, and the value of days taken. Links to travel, exercise and health sites are featured.

PDF Statement
Each employee receives a downloadable PDF document containing all of the employee benefit information received online.
Earnings Charts

Embedded into the Retirement section, charts illustrate the growth of the employee's current 401(k) account balance using 5-10-15 and 20 yrs. and interest rates of 6-8 and 10%.
