Employee Benefit and Employee Satisfaction Surveys
As your business becomes more complex and competitive, you may be finding it increasingly harder to stay "plugged in" to the ever-changing interests of employees. Yet, understanding these interests have never been more important.
- Our focus is solely on employee benefits and employee satisfaction surveys. Though we are capable of consumer and customer surveying, our focus on employees gives us a keen understanding of a very important business segment
- Our employee surveys gauge both the Level of Importance to the employee and their Level of Satisfaction
- We look at the totality of benefits
Healthcare / Medical Benefits: Here we examine co-pays, the carrier's customer service and website, and the healthcare provider network
Flexible Spending Accounts: We look closely at the employee satisfaction with the plan administrator and their services, and the effectiveness of their participation in the plan.
Retirement Program: We look at the range of investment options, the employees access to the plan administrators, the customer service that is provided, and the usefulness of their website.
Other Benefits: Here we examine vision plans, STD/LTD, Paid Time Off, Holidays, Tuition Reimbursements, Employee Assistance, Life Insurance, and Company events such as picnics and holiday parties.
- We explore what employees would like to see offered by the company. We provide a list of potential benefits, such as Adoption Assistance, Debit Cards, Investment Education, Retiree Medical Coverage, College Savings Plans so we understand their evolving interests.
- We always ask questions that ask employees to write a brief narrative in their own words. This can often reveal a need or concern that was not addressed in previous questions. We attempt to gauge aspects of their benefits that are the MOST and LEAST satisfying.
- We ask opinions about the approach the company should take if costs had to be shared with employees. Should we increase premiums, reduce PTO, increase medical or prescription out-of-pocket expenses? This helps guide company actions
- Lastly, we ask for demographic information so that the data can be sorted by length of employment, age, employee status (FT vs. PT), and marital status.
- We conduct Employee Satisfaction surveys, too. In those we probe the employee's opinion of the company culture, office politics, diversity, treatment by management, and how differences among employees are valued by the company.
